About GopuKiran

Gopukiran Sadasivan, widely known as the senior disciple of Padmabhushan Dhananjayans, needs no introduction in the world of Bharatanatyam. Unarguably, one of the best Bharatanatyam dancers India has ever produced, the works and legacy of Gopukiran extends beyond the borders of his country. They rightly say, art knows no boundaries and this is totally true in his case!

Art became a way of life for little Gopukiran. Gopukiran has performed in some of the greatest venues in India and around the world. In India, he has presented at National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Delhi etc. He also presented at ICCR events during their tour to Malaysia, US, Australia and Singapore.
